“We decided to refurbish our bathroom. And initially went to B&Q, Wickes and Victoria Plumb. What a mistake Victoria Plumb took our money for the bathroom suite then the night before delivery called and said they couldn't deliver all the bits. would have to wait another 3 weeks. Wickes could not gurantee the same batch and again before delivery could not source all the tiles. B&Q indicated they had the border in stock so drove to the store only to find that the stock level on line bore no resemblance to the actual stock level. All very stressful and timewasting."
